Privacy Policy
This is a placeholder Privacy Policy. Siasight processes WhatsApp conversation data on behalf of professional services firms operating in South Africa, and is designed to support your obligations under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act (FAIS), and the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FIC).
Conversation data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored in region-appropriate infrastructure, and is never used to train AI models. POPIA contact erasure requests can be actioned from within the product. For one-off audits, uploaded chat exports are deleted automatically after 30 days, and generated reports after 90 days.

Terms of Service
This is a placeholder Terms of Service. By subscribing to Siasight or purchasing a one-off Communication Risk Audit, you agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable South African laws and regulations.
Siasight provides AI-powered communication intelligence and compliance-informed flagging. It does not replace your compliance officer or guarantee regulatory compliance. Final decisions are always made by your firm. The service is billed per advisor per month for continuous monitoring, or as a one-off fee per audit, via Paystack. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

Data Processing Agreement
A standard Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available for firms that require a executed agreement as part of their POPIA compliance programme. The DPA sets out Siasight's role as an operator/processor, the scope and purpose of processing, security measures, sub-processor commitments, and data-subject rights procedures.
